The Win an iPad Mini prize draw (the "Prize draw") promoted by ProjectBay Limited, First Floor, 24/25 New Bond Street, Mayfair, London W1S 2RR ("ProjectBay", "We"). Any queries or complaints regarding the Prize draw should be sent to this address;
The Prize draw is open only to UK-resident aged 18 or above and enrolled as a student in a recognised university or college in the UK ("You");
Employees or agencies of ProjectBay or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize draw may not enter the Prize draw;
Eligible participants will be required to register as a Student on ProjectBay website (www.projectbay.com) - and accept all stipulated terms and conditions - to be entered into the Prize draw (Registered Students). No purchase of any item is necessary to participate in the Prize draw.
One winner will be selected at random from every one thousand Registered Students for an Apple iPad, Wi-Fi, 16GB. The winners will be notified by ProjectBay by email. If a winner does not respond to ProjectBay within 7 days of being notified by ProjectBay, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and ProjectBay shall be entitled to select another winner and that winner will have to respond to the email from ProjectBay within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and ProjectBay shall be entitled to select another winner.
The winner will be required to produce a verifiable copy of any document that proves their student status in the UK (e.g. university identity card) before ProjectBay arranges for the prize to be delivered to the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prize. We retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
We take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

The winner may be required to participate in promotional activity by ProjectBay.
ProjectBay accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Prize draw or accepting any prize. ProjectBay further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to You or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize draw.
ProjectBay reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ProjectBay in all matters under its control is final and binding.
ProjectBay shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The Prize draw will be governed by English law.
